These terms cover signup for the crea8.one waitlist only. The page lets you leave an email address so we can send you a launch update. Joining does not create an account and is not a purchase.

A place on the list is not a promise of access. We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, that a launch will happen, or that you will be able to use anything beyond this waitlist. We may change, pause, or close the list at any time.

Sign up only for yourself, with an email address you are allowed to use. Do not submit someone else’s address without permission, send automated or bulk signups, or try to disrupt the site or the list.

The crea8.one name, this website, and its text and design belong to the operator. You may not copy them or present them as your own.

The waitlist is offered as is. To the extent the laws of India allow, we are not liable for a missed or delayed message, an error on the page, or any loss from joining or being unable to join. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the date of the latest version. If you stay on the list after a change, the updated terms apply to the waitlist.
