This notice covers the waitlist on crea8.one only. Joining means we can email you a launch update. It does not describe any other service.

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter and the country you select. We use them to keep you on the list and to send that launch update. We also keep a count of how many people have joined. That count is a total, not a public list of addresses.

Waitlist records are stored with Supabase, which processes them for us so the list can be kept and updated. This site does not send mail through a separate email service. We do not sell your email address, and we do not use the list for advertising.

Supabase may store these records on servers outside India. We share a record only with a provider that needs it to run the waitlist, or when the law requires it.

This waitlist site does not use analytics and does not set tracking or advertising cookies.

We keep your email address and country until you ask us to delete them, or until the launch update they were collected for has been sent and we no longer need the record. We do not keep a waitlist record for more than 24 months after you joined, unless the law requires a longer period.

Email support@crea8.one to unsubscribe, correct your country or email address, or ask us to delete your waitlist record. We will remove it unless we must keep a copy to meet a legal duty.

You can use the contact address above for any request below. We will not ignore a request because you asked.

GDPR. Where the GDPR applies, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the waitlist data we hold about you. You can object to how we use it, and you can withdraw the consent you gave by joining. You may also complain to a data protection authority.

CCPA/CPRA. Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, you can ask us to tell you, correct, or delete the personal information collected through the waitlist. We do not sell that information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

India DPDP Act, 2023. You may ask for a summary of the personal data we process, for correction or erasure, and to withdraw consent. You may raise a grievance at support@crea8.one. We will answer within a reasonable time.

The waitlist is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
